Life Coaching for Young Adults

Figuring out what's next, together.

For high schoolers, college students, and twenty-something’s who are unsure of what’s next, I’m here to help you find clarity and confidence in your next steps.

Who I Help

Whether you are a high school senior navigating the challenges that come with graduation looming, a college freshman trying to figure out what to do in this new place, or a twenty one year old trying to figure out if your post-grad job is the right fit for you, I want to sit with you in these challenges.

This phase of life is filled with so many questions.

What am I supposed to be doing?

Is this the right path for me?

Why do I feel this way?

What do I want my relationships to look like?

How involved do I get on campus or in my job?

How do I succeed?

What does success look like for me?

My goal as a coach is to partner with young adults who are unsure of what is next for them.

Ava created a safe space where she engaged with me and made me feel understood. I was able to see a certain issue I was struggling with much more clearly, and I felt extremely comfortable explaining things to her that I normally wouldn’t be able to tell others. She is 100% invested in my growth, and I now know how to take meaningful steps forward.

A Note to my Clients

The transitions can be hard. They can also be amazing.

The transitions from high school to college, and from college to the work force, can be hard. Those times can also be really amazing. Most of the time, they are both.

I entered college completely overwhelmed and struggling mentally. I made a choice to attend a school that I wasn't happy with. I was unsure how to live somewhere without my childhood friends and family, and I was figuring out who I wanted to be in this new environment. I felt resistant to moving back home, scared for the future, completely beaten down — but also absolutely sure that I had made the "wrong" choice of where to go to college.

Ultimately, I transferred schools twice before landing at the University of Texas, where I joined a sorority, got involved in organizations I felt passionate about, and began to feel empowered by my own choices. Though difficult, the lessons I learned during this time are invaluable to me.

I learned that "wrong" was not the best way to look at my decision. I learned the importance of knowing myself and trusting my gut. I learned how imperative it is to make decisions that align with my values.

I want to help you do the same — to decipher what it is you want, and identify a plan to get there.
